Not only is this comment disgustingly elitist, but it also operates under the idea that PC Final Fantasy releases have always coincided with the console releases. 

Which has never happened. 

So wanting to play the objectively better version of a game is elitist now? I guess everyone who bought multiplat titles on PS4 instead of X1 is also an elitist then.

Of course a simultaneous release never happened but we have seen an enourmous push towards PC by SE lately so it wouldn't be the weirdest thing to happen.
