Who are we to tell people how to spend their money?

There are laws against fraudulent products.

There are laws against none-state gambling.

Both of these do not seem to apply to the appstore.

Who cares? Anti-gambling laws are ridiculous. Gambling is entertaining to some people, for better or worse. It's non of my business.
