Right now? Certainy not, new hardware is just around the release corner, better wait a couple of month until the new graphics cards from AMD and NVidia come out.
Personally, I'm waiting for early next year, as I want Zen in my next Computer. I expect only a paper launch this year - and I could couple it with Vega (Polaris Upgrade with HBM2), which should get released around that timeframe, too
