No source yet because 125 million was the last annoucement, but you can do the math, right?

125 million + (11 months x5 million per month) = 180 million steam users

Also your article says total amount of accounts, not active accounts.

There are propably easy over 1 billion Steam acccounts that are either unactive/banned etc.
