COGS: $10.00 
Discounts/Marketing Reserve: $5.00 

Publisher Gross: $33

Its 99.900.000/33 at best.

A lot of that initial 59.99 goes to retailers and publisher and then the last bit goes to the developers that used 99.900.000 to develop the game. 

3027272 copies they would have to sell to get that much revenue.

That said that is if they are both the publisher and the developer within the same entity.
