I remember affluenza being considered an actual excuse for when rich people do crap. Seriously isn't unfair.
Even if the person has mental illnesses, they should get the time they deserve. If they have ACTUAL mental issues( heavy autism, down syndrome, etc) then they should go to a facility that will help them with their issues.
