All the seasons have been $20 UNLESS you're buying versions that include extra content (costumes, arcade games, extra points, etc.).

No straws, SF IV DLC were in the same price range. And the new on the OP as I read was that Season 3 costed  50,00.

You get a free character every month, dojo, survival mode and the free stage. It's f2p.

YOu get a new or as Pugsly informed they change the free char? And most F2P don't limit as much the content and usually have that sick habit of  charging pretty high for power ups.
