I was thinking that N would use the 14 nm chip for NX to own PS4 in terms of price (smaller chip = you get more chips from a single wafer and save big money), but I see that Sony isn't going to give N any extra chances.
If you actually analyzed the news about Polaris, you'd know that AMD isn't going for a huge jump in performance right now. They are focusing on power efficiency. That's why I think we can forget about 4K gaming. The console will be able to output 4K media (display port 1.3?), but I think we're all going to be happy if we finally hit 1080p/60fps with better details in every game. For a low price.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
