BUT....

Mobile gaming ? eeerhhh?  you cannot have a smart phone use more than 20watts of power (which 1 X1 does).

This chip is never going to fit into a smart phone (usually need to use max 3watts).

This chip (x1) is too big for a tablet too, which is why the X1s that you see in tablets are underclocked and much weaker than the Android TV console versions.

 

Potential for the future? no.... X1 was made to fit inside cars and thats about it (and their android tv).

 

It will be many many years before a mobile phone (3watts) is able to do anything close to what the PS4 does, if it ever happends (laws of physics could make it impossible, if we get stuck trying to shrink proccessing nodes).
