the best part of VR is that it works with every game (and movies) and will get you fully immersed in whatever you're doing.  You don't need to design things for it it's much more organicly integrated into EVERYTHING than past add-ons

I dont know about movies and tv shows in general(and even that I think needs update and all), but VR, as konnichiwa said, is more complicated, since you need the game to function is two screens at the same time, and without getting you sick-motion, and for that to happen you need to increase the fps to 120 I think, and its hard to acomplish that.And you need that extra work to make that happen.Its not that the PSVR will work with every game.The developer need to port to it.
