Hard to say really. With Nintendo it is clearly Zelda. With XBox it was always Fable. Playstation is a little bit harder to put my finger on. There are just too many good games to choose from.
That does not imply a comparison of line ups, that is another topic entirely. For example Zelda has wowed me even in the time period I stopped playing them (which is why I returned). Fable on the other hand was simply the only XBox franchise I ever cared about at all.
Playstation has many that I like (none as much as Zelda, but most more than fable). My point is they all land on an equal plane for me. The one that really stands out though is Bloodborne. Even though From softwar made it, Sony owns the IP so I will roll with that.
