I've got to disagree on Sunshine, mostly on the basis that lots of people don't actually seem to like it that much. How then is it overrated? You have to go back to SMB2 (or even SMB2j!) to find another main-series Mario game people think as little of.
Also, IMO the first Perfect Dark was the shit. It was definitely superior to Goldeneye.
No comment on the rest, except to say that apparently Killer Instinct isn't/wasn't a major fighting franchise? |
If Sunshine is bad, then every other Mario game made is bad. It's certainly a lot less linear than Galaxy, which is a good thing in my book. |
Sunshine is quite underrated imo. I'm not sure why so many people had problems with that game. I love it just as much as SM64 and SMG (possibly better than SMG). |
Mario Sunshine was on the dreaded Game Cube that is the main reason it is overlooked. You can count on one hand the good games on the Game Cube. |
