Resident Evil 0 HD.
It's not that the game is bad, to the contrary... it's very good. But I consider it as a "disappointment" due to its underused potential. The base of the game is top-notch, it plays well, the atmosphere is great, the cooperation and management is well done (for the time), the survival feeling is everpresent, etc. But the interactions between main characters were very poor; they created a cool background story but didn't develop it either. Plus, boss fights were absolutely terrible. Bosses' designs were beyond bad and the fights themselves were pretty boring and uninventive. I'd rate it a 8/10, but could easily be a 9/10 if a bit more effort were put into it.
