The most likely theory at the moment is, it's a regular PS4, with a little bit of extra oomph allowed from chip progression. And then having 4K output for 4K Blu-ray playback etc as standard. Goes with Sony's thing of being the cheapest device on the market. As if they get a 4K PS4 out for the current PS4 price, it will be about £200 cheaper than the cheapest 4K Blu-ray player is going to be.
