the video was pretty contradictory in that respect
first they say "games in production that utilize PS4K" and then "all PS4K games will run on PS4"
(if PS4K is a thing) I hope Sony make it mandatory that all games will run at least at a very stable 900p/30 on the regular PS4, even if they are designed for PS4K
