Nope the ps4 hasnt sold more than 20ml in a year thus far but likw you said its been doing 17-18ml. I think a new revision to the console can push sales to 20ml or more.

No, it can only Split the Userbase, the Console itself and the Games will sell more than 20 Millions in 1 Year, people seems to forget that Games is what sell consoles, How Much Playstation 4, sold in 2014 ?, 13-14 Millions ?, in 2015 it sold over 18 Millions, why do you think that the Console will need this new Version in order to sell 20 Millions ?, in 2016, when we have VR, and some of the Biggest exclusives coming out, Plus a Main-line Final Fantasy.
