Well, its not only Konami that does disrespectful things sometimes.They just do aloooot more.
But yeah, sad to hear about this.I mean, its nobodys fault if Kojima felt that Snake voice had to be replaced.He is the director after all.What I felt is that he could be treated with alot more respect, since Snake is so iconic thanks in part for him.Kojima can be a genious, but looks like he can also be a prick when he wants.
