its 1 year difference where is it too short? It wasd still 5 years not 6 years. And from the SNES to the PS1 its also only 5 years or even less

If Sony history happens again the slim is in the third year which is a lot shorter than their shortest generation which was 5 and a half years which somehow you say is normal for Sony to do 5 when their other generations have been 6 and 8 and 5.5. If you average that their generations is 6.5. A full 75% higher than you claim sonys console cycle ' almost' is

Why are we doing a gap from Nintendo to Sony? That's like saying that 0.5 of a generation is 1 year because of wii u to ps4..

Modern consoles as I said in my previous post should not be 4 years let alone 3 years as the slims of PlayStations always release in the 3rd year. If it's a normal slim with a little boost, fine but If it's significantly more powerful 'wiiu to xb1' then there is a problem

Playstation 3 was a Exception, is 5-6 Years a generation for Sony, the Playstation 3, was avaliable for 7 Years before the next console, not 8, the Average is 6, this is 20% bigger than 5 years, and 6.5 Years is 30% Bigger, not 75%.
