No, actually you didn't say why it was better. I asked before, are you proposing having games made for PS Now that won't play on the normal PS4?
Talk about splitting the userbase... if you'd think it would be bad to have a premium version of the console anyone can buy, imagine how it would be to have the 'premium' version behind a paywall only accessible to those with A- excelent internet connection and B- close enough distance to the servers to minimize the lag impact.
I'm sorry, I don't see how your idea is either better or more likely
