I 100% agree. Lets also not forget that such a model could only be released in the end of 2017 at the earlierst, so technology should progress in that time by a lot.
I also think that 4K gaming is only so expensive because Nvidia holds a strong grip on the PC markets and AMD cant compete due to bad optimisation for PC games on their hardware. Look at amazing PS4 exclusives like Bloodborne, Star Wars and Uncharted 4 running on low end AMD hardware. Just imagine what stronger hardware could do with the same effort
