http://www.pcgamer.com/the-banner-saga-2-is-coming-in-april/

The Viking sim sequel Banner Saga 2 was delayed in late 2015 to sometime in the first quarter of 2016. It's not actually going to make that promised launch window, but it'll be close enough that you probably won't mind: Developer Stoic announced today that it will be out on April 19.

TOTAL WAR: WARHAMMER TEASER INTRODUCES THE MASTER NECROMANCER

Sesame Street has ensured that I will never be able to take Total War: Warhammer's Vampire Counts seriously, no matter how unspeakably evil they are. Necromancers are a different matter. I don't know why, really, especially since they're a lesser form of wickedness than vampires, but they give me the straight-up heebie-jeebies.

You probably didn't get in—fortune is fickle, and we only had 5000 codes to give away—but soon it won't matter, because on March 29 the open beta will begin.

http://www.pcgamer.com/the-division-has-a-gamebreaking-bug-but-ubisoft-is-on-the-case/

The Division had a major new patch roll out yesterday, which made some much-needed changes to the game's previously dire Dark Zone PvP offerings. Those changes have been welcome, but the patch has reportedly introduced a nasty bug, too: some players are reporting that high-end backpacks are disappearing from their inventory.

>>Oh, Ubisoft, what have you done?

SLAIN! RELEASES THIS WEEK, SO HERE'S A LAUNCH TRAILER

http://www.pcgamer.com/slain-releases-this-week-so-heres-a-launch-trailer/

Slain, the tough as nails action platformer that looks like a Celtic Frost record in motion, is releasing on March 24. To celebrate, Wolf Brew Games has released the above launch trailer, which does a pretty good job of summarising what the game is about: killing ugly supernatural phenomena, jumping between jagged hellscape precipices, and dying regularly in a burst of unrealistically abundant red chunks.

The specialist gaming media is trusted more than YouTubers, vloggers, the mainstream media and advertising, a survey has revealed.

As reported over on industry-focused site MCV, the data comes via Ipsos Connect’s GameTrack, which surveyed 8,317 gamers across the globe, asking them to rate different media on a trustworthiness scale.

>>I'm not saying that this is wrong, but remember that this comes from a specialist media...
