I Think that March will be up because of The Division.

Possible, but unlikely. If Amazon is any indication, The Division just did not move any appreciable amount of hardware. The XBO didn't experience any boosts, and the bundle for The Division didn't even rank in the top 100 in any week or month since it was revealed. If there was a boost from The Division, it was likely very small, and maybe only enough to put the XBO flat YoY for March. The price cut may do more, but right now even it doesn't seem to be doing anything. We'll have to wait another 3 weeks to find out for sure, though.

Your Data of Xbox One's Sales on USA, is of 2014, 2015, and 2016 isn't ?, and Xbox One, is selling in the 2 months of this year, less than the first year isn't ?.

Now that you said it i'm no longer sure if it will be Up, or Flat, i remember that TitanFall, the one who moved more Consoles than Halo 5 (i think that i read a article about it) Launched in March 2014, i thought that was April, but actually TitanFall, launched in march, so is a Tough one to beat.
