Killer Instinct Season 3 Pricing Information - $60 XB1, $50 PC (All Seasons) - Retro outfits

So if I'm reading this right it's $40 for dlc and it's been 3 years and they still haven't released all the original killer instinct characters.

I'd rather them release a $60 game at the Xbox launch than having them deliver characters in this fashion.
