I am due to get NBN in 2018...so...I expect it in around 2021

I'm not sure of the actual dates but iirc it was first projected to to be 90% complete around 2018. 
With the Libs doing it piece meal your cable will most likely end 5km up the road,  and you will receive a package containing two cans and a very very long piece of string ,  with this message attached  no other country has this technolgy, love Malcom.
