After getting the Spring Break blues I was demotivated and quit for 10 days.
Luckily I am back and quickly did 50 sit-ups consecutively. Before I could only muster 10! Still going to stick with 100 a day with 100 consecutively and easily as the goal.
Push-ups are another story with me still unable to do them properly. 20 if I am lucky. Will most likely swim this summer as well, but we shall see.
