I think I may well have fallen upon the reason VR hasn't been officially mentioned yet. I was looking at the HUD and wondering how it would work in VR. You wouldn't want a 2D HUD in VR so what could they do? Then I remembered the Korvax. It looks like they're humanoid with a monitor for a helmet ... Do you see where I'm coming from?
If they showed VR footage then they would have to show the wearer moving his head inside the world and that would give away the fact he's wearing a Korvax like helmet.
The PS5 Exists.
