The Oculus and Vive aren't, because you can play any game you want in VR, and they can also be used for work and simulation (flying, racing, medical simulation)

I think the PSVR will be on 4th place:

1) Mobile VR (GearVR + Plastic headsets for your smartphones)

2) Oculus Rift

3) HTC Vive

4) PSVR

You're not going to want to play most games in VR.  That's something that everyone has been talking about.  You don't want to just throw VR into your game just because.  Games are best when they're made for VR.  There are lots of issues that need to be resolved before VR for every game becomes a reality such as motion, how games are designed, (It's best to track hands, but what do we do about hands going through walls?).  In the worst case, that could make games very awkward or even nauseating.  Not something that you'd want to play.  It might be cool, especially for certain games, but it's not likely to be the big thing that pushes VR.

You can use PSVR as a cinematic screen for all your normal games as well.  A little different from hacked in VR, but still cool.
