The really big exclusives haven't hit PS4 yet. 

It's not a useless addon, I think it'll quite certainly sell more than 100K this year even. 

I don't know anyone who is saving up for PS4.5.  

The Oculus and Vive aren't, because you can play any game you want in VR, and they can also be used for work and simulation (flying, racing, medical simulation)

I think the PSVR will be on 4th place:

 

1) Mobile VR (GearVR + Plastic headsets for your smartphones)

2) Oculus Rift 

3) HTC Vive 

4) PSVR

5) Third party VR headsets for PC like StarVR and OSVR
