It's interesting but isn't 30 fps a bit low to use 4 frames to reconstruct a 1080p frame.
Killzone SF MP ran at 60 and used 2 frames (33ms), and still needed a lot of AA to hide the problem areas while turning, giving it a far softer look than single player.
4 frames at 30fps, that's 133ms, a lot of displacement to compensate for in that kind of time frame. The game has a ton of effects to hide it and is pretty dark overall which helps, but I'm curious how they do it.
I'm not a fan of temporal AA, temporal motion blur etc as it all leaves unwanted artifacts, nor heavy AA in general. I rather have some jaggies than a overall soft look. The order was very pretty yet looked more like dvd than blu-ray quality.
