Assuming the PC is strong enough, i think that can be said of almost any title that someone doesn't have an explicit reason to want to play on a console (friends, etc).

Regardless, it's worth noting that while QB's IQ is arguable below the X1's general standard, it is better than what we usually associate with 720p. The high-end (for consoles at least) AA method alone ensures that.

I have a strong pc, I'll only play the multiplats on it which can't hold a decent 1080p30 on PS4, if FFXV ends up 900p and the pc version isn't day 1 then thats an exception, been waiting 10 long years for that.  720p is inexcusable though and I would never, ever think about getting that version.
