One thing I've noticed is that the gameplay to cutscene/cgi ratio is really bad. There are long portions where you don't play the game and I've always been told thats bad.
There's also clipping I've noticed where falling debris don't react to the player in a realistic way.
I've also noticed that the gameplay graphics are not really as nice as previously shown during tech previews like here:
http://www.dualshockers.com/2015/08/25/xbox-one-exclusive-quantum-breaks-wip-screenshots-show-advanced-effects-and-comparisons/

also if like some are saying that this is 1/4 the game then that makes for a really short game. Wonder if it will get treated like the order did.

Well thé downgrade is official since thzy said many times 900p and then 1080p and now it's not that at all.

They lied about many stuff, and thé analysis of gamersyde explains it well, this game may be good ( if you forget like you said the bad ratio of cinematics cgi/tv show , same thing highly criticized in The Order )but its not what they promised at all, it's more Infamous level of visuals with better models.

Yes that's what I'm wondering. Will this game get criticized for going the exact same things the order did wrong?

I have a sneaking suspicion that reviewers will just choose to gloss over this like they do with "certain" games.

The whole graphics thing is what really confuses me. I keep on hearing how this game has such amazing graphics and people always comparing it to Uncharted 4. Even the screenshots from MS are much better than reality. Even when people learned of the 720p resolution they said that didn't mater because of the super great graphics. But that's clearly not the case and the graphics are not that excellent.
