You are focusing on what it can do , but not what it cannot do, but what playstation moves can do.

Example..those IR lights cannot change color right?..that means with the fact Sony's Playstation move does by using multicolor that can be a way for the system to determine certain effects based on color.

Again has the OculusRift been showing any draw to life AR functionality used in any real element of product shown in demonstration let alone full games?

The point is , Sony has..and they Oculus have not.

So if you should have another weapon/effects.. Then the move controller change color.. and then the cam see that change.. and then tell the game do some?

Why would it not just tell the game direct.. its the same machine.. I cant see  what you mean..  tall.. :)

This is from Oculus rift own side.. Tracked controllers bring your hands into VR and take your experience to another level.

Over and out.. (And I do look very much forward to PSVR)

Because like have you ever seen the wizard demo where you make gestures and it creates AR effects, tie in with color. That only changes if you make the right gesture.. So each time you get the right color change if the gesture is right to get that color, it may get off set colors even if the gestures was not exactly right in the right order. Your effect can go off in game, skill of the player..this could be blocking position of a sword or shield.. The color could determine how well it blocks certain attacks if your off.
