I think that could/should be "dreams" the killer app, as (established/aspiring) artists will create thousends of hours of very good VR content (games, short movies, ..) with those tools the game offers. Up until now we've hardly seen anything beyond world creation/sculpting tools and some possessing/walking stuff, but I'm very confident MM will deliver a wonderful single player and the needed game logics tools for intricate game creation aswell.
