I can't recall a time somebody's has only gotten 10% value at Gamestop. For new games it's usually 30%, and even for crappy old shovelware they're giving you around 20% at least, even if you're only getting a dollar.

Actually, what Im suggesting is kinda what MS was going to do before original X1 ideas were scrapped.

My point is Gamestop often gives pennies or a few bucks for many older but popular titles and sells it for 20x the value. They are pretty fair with new releases for like a month.

Even if MS would charge a license transfer fee to give a game away, that would better than what we have now. MS should atleast get that started even if few publishers get involved.

Oh I got what you meant, I'm just not as harsh on GameStop as a lot of people. Even in the most extreme case, say, Madden 06 on PS2, I think the value JUST hits that threshold you're referring to. Everything else is normally above 10%, not below, be it new or old. At least in my experience - and my GS is I believe the last in my state to own PS2 games. (Everything checks in around a buck because they've been trying to get rid of them.)

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!
