I wouldn't unless I knew I was 100% done with a game and never going to play it again. Seeing as I am completely digital now, I wouldn't mind a program like this (or ideally a better one).
What would be better is if you could share any game that you bought with at least one other friend and/or gift it to them when you are done playing it.
