I also only see it as a bandaid. You can't tell me there aren't other ways to play games...they're just all illegal. Considering they're calling it an addiction, they seem to be making the same mistakes of prohibition and the war on drugs in the US. Though, at least they're not sending people to jail en-masse for simple...video game curfew violation?? /facepalm
