To be honest, you can't blame Hogan or the courts for the situation Gawker finds themselves in.  You don't run out of insurance money, for settlements, by being a good, honest, ethical company.  They've literally fucked up so many times, they've exceeded the amount of money their insurance will cover, for their fuckups.
