XB1 has drops down to the really low 20s (which DigitalFoundry claims doesnt happen on the playstation 4 version).
The slowest running area in the game "paris" supposedly also runs best on the playstation 4.

hmm watched the video fully.... apparently inside crowded rooms the Xbox One runs slightly better (2-3 frames pr sec) O_o
Its a area where the fps is generally over 30, so if you just frame cap it, its not something you notice.
