Remember the original Kinect sold out its first 4 shipments before launch. Also recently Surfacebook sold out for over a month worth of preorders before launch. Oculus and PSVR selling out preorders was expected. People with high disposable income will just buy regardless. Its the other 95% of the population that matters where product success is concerned. |
Well the orginal kinect was a success (especially first year) the problem was the lack of games.
