That's not how it works, Cloud lol. Only the GP award the big discounts and free games, and those are only obtainable by purchasing digital software.
Aka, digital only.
So it's like the Digital Deluxe Program more than Club Nintendo in this way.
PP only awards smaller discounts like 20% off MK8, or small games for free like Picross.
