I don't want to go into too many spoilers but from beginning to end, Toko was always the same, zero character development: a low self esteem character that "everyone hates". I even spent some of my free time with her (I think 4 or 5 times), just to see if there was even an inch of change in her personality...but I got nothing.

As for her other personality, it wasn't that much better, Genocide Jill is the classic stereotypical "HAHAHA LOOK AT ME I LOVE KILLING, I'M SOOOOOOOOO CRAZY!!!!", which more than anything it's very annoying. At least she made me laugh once, when she made fun of Hina's boobs.

Well, I don't see characters like Genocide Jill much, and it was an interesting plot twist, at least for me, so she kinda stuck with me. x )
