The PS2 hit 120 million back in 2007. 140 million is very likely.

 

Ok then, even if they "shipped" 120 million by October 2007 (plausible), they only shipped a total of 13.7 million the whole FY.  About 6 of that was prior to October meaning at most, they "shipped" an additional 7.7 million up until March 31, 2008.  Shipment forcast is 9 million for FY2009 meaning at most 750k more have shipped since then.
