I think 10 million would be huge. I don't even think Sony is prepared to make 10 million units in two years.

My gut tells me that they'd like to see a couple million units a year. So, basically Wii U or Vita level sales.

If that's the case, then the price is fine.  It's novel enough that people will buy it.  But, the issues that inevitably come with splintering a fanbase will prevent it from gaining mainstream traction till if and when it drops to like 150.
