The US is unified to a certain extent, which is clearly why PSVue is lacking in 'local' TV at the moment. That might be rectified at some point. Europe has hundreds of unique channels dedicated to each European country. For instance, France has completely different programs to the UK, and so does Germany, Spain etc.
The PS5 Exists.
