I don't remember the last time we got vita hardware numbers.

The last time I can remember was Jan/Feb 2015.  Jan was 6.6k PSTV and and 29k Vita; Feb was 30k PSTV / 30k Vita.

I think this 19.5k number is just Vita.  So yeah, still meh, just nice to get an update.
