Seems to me the CFO was just giving rough numbers rather than an exact number. 

But from this we can work out that XB1 was somewhere around 19m as of the end of 2015. 

But we can't confirm this due to lack of info from MS. 

At this point what would it actually hurt MS to come out and say "Guys we did it! we passed 20million sold to consumers, hurray!" ?

Its not like people dont know its not selling as well as the PS4.

I think it would be nice, instead of all the spin PR ms has been giveing, to instead just actually celebrate a milestone being passed.
