You can skip AND pause the cutscenes... If you don't like them then you skip them. (it would be like playing any other game with little storyline and confusing objectives...)
If you like them you watch them and even pause them for a piss.
It should cater for everyone as long as the gameplay is robust enough... and 21 hours of it is more than most current gen games out there....
So stop f*cking complaining like babies........
