It really shines on PS4 with 1080p/60fps glory. Also the anime cut scenes are quality production value.

First up will be my favorite Homura (am hopeful one of the two sets of cards I get is Crimson Squad).

I honestly didn't even know that it came with those extras until you mentioned "sets of cards", which prompted me to look it up. Sweet!

Both versions have soundtrack with 70 tracks, an artbook, and set of ten cards (there are 60 total, no word on buying cards stand alone yet).

The PS4 version also has a nice manual which is rare these days.  Oh, and both have reversible covers if you preferred the Japanese cover can do tht.
