Shit, was gonna say this. Both co-op and PvP (each player having 1 power set) could be insanely fun if executed right.
My answer: Can we go with unreleased game which are confirmed to have no MP? If we can, I'll go with Horizon Zero Dawn. Slaughtering some robot dinos could be extremely fun in co-op.
