When Should I be Looking Into Purchasing a 4K TV?

I'm still waiting a bit until I have at least a couple of 4k blu-rays I'm interested in. So far 0.

It should indeed support HDR and preferably have a 12-bit panel to fully support Rec. 2020
That Samsung has 10 bit color processing, which is HDR ready, but not full support.

I don't know if 4k blu-ray is going to suppor 12 bit Rec 2020. It was the plan but it seems to be downgraded to 10 bit for now.
